Maria is a a mental health counselor and certified trauma professional. Maria has experience working with clients dealing with symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, as well as balancing stressors related to work and parenting. Maria strives to create a safe space where clients can alleviate distress, identify strengths and learn healthy coping skills. Maria enjoys spending time with family and friends and practicing self care exercises such as gardening, photography, meditation and listening to audio-books.
