I have been providing therapy to others who are in need of answers to life’s difficult challenges for many years.

Trained in multiple treatment approaches through a background in psychiatric nursing, graduate college, and art, I have been providing help and assistance to people troubled by anxiety, grief and depression to clients ages 21 years to 70 years old plus.

Historically, help has been done through individual counseling sessions as well as recovery programs, psychiatric home visits and groups. Currently working with Therapeutic Self Care providing individual sessions in a relaxed an comfortable setting.
