Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)

If constant worries and fears distract you from your day-to-day activities, or you fear something bad is going to happen, you many be suffering from generalized anxiety disorder. People with (GAD) are chronic worrywarts’ who feel anxious all the time and my not know why. GAD physical symptoms include insomnia, upset stomach, restlessness, and fatigue. Panic Attacks & Panic Disorder

A panic disorder is characterized by repeated, unexpected panic attacks, as well as a deep fear of experiencing another panic attack episode. Agoraphobia, the fear of being somewhere where escape or help would be difficult also accompanies Panic Disorder.  Symptoms of a panic attack include chest pain, feeling hot, shortness of breath, shaking, dizziness, heart palpitations, sweating, and feelings of disconnection. Hoarding Disorder

Hoarding Disorder is a chronic difficulty of discarding possessions, accompanied by a dysfunctional attachment to worthless items. Separation Anxiety Disorder

Separation Anxiety Disorder mostly affects parents and their children. When a child has separation anxiety disorder and they are away from mom or dad, they may complain of sickness to avoid playing with friends or going to school.
