¡Hola! My name is Vianca Vargas and I am a Bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Associate Counselor in NJ. I have been working with children and families for a decade, specializing in trauma, immigration, Child Protective Service involvement, and parent-child relationships.

I am working towards becoming a Registered Play Therapist, and enjoy creating a fun, dynamic, and collaborative environment for my clients and their families. I enjoy incorporating techniques and interventions from Sand Tray Therapy, Art Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to help clients process and work through challenging situations.

In my spare time, you can find me reading, practicing Yoga, or taking walks with my furbaby. I’m looking forward to working with you to create a customized plan to address you and your family’s specific mental health and behavioral needs.
